The film premiered on 14 October 2022 in Geneva. It came out in the Swiss Italian part of Switzerland on 17 January 2023 and in the Swiss German part on 9 March 2023.
There have been screenings at 5 festivals so far in Switzerland in between 2022-2023 .
We were afforded positive media coverage in all parts of Switzerland. There have been articles, radio shows and interviews on the news broadcast.
At the Solothurn Film Festival 2023 - "Becoming A Black Woman" was a nominee for the Swiss Film Award of best short.
