Enver Samuel is an award winning documentary filmmaker who has over the past 10 years concentrated on telling the stories of political activists during apartheid, making social impact justice documentaries like Indians Can’t Fly and Someone To Blame on activist Ahmed Timol. Murder in Paris has been completed to critical acclaim which aims to play a part in the re-opening of the case into her assassination. The documentary won the Durban International Film Festival Best Documentary award.
Through EMS Productions, Enver has travelled extensively overseas and has a wealth of experience travelling in Africa, having visited over 30 countries on the Continent. Since 1993 to present, EMS Productions has been responsible for hundreds of hours of content for TV mainly in reality, magazine, sport, documentary, music and talk shows.
