Rasmané, alias Bolo, 16, is a teenage gold miner at the Bantara site in Burkina Faso. Like all teenagers of his age, he is playful and dreamy. His chances of finding work should be increased by paying for additional training so that he can do the mechanics of these same machines for 10 months. This dual competence would facilitate his professional integration and the obtaining of decent work.
