In Kyrgyzstan, domestic violence is on the rise and their young democracy is faltering. Despite existing laws, women have little protection or support to obtain justice. Additionally, they face serious social stigma for speaking out against any abuse. This documentary film aims to help to raise funds for the few existing crisis centers in Kyrgyzstan. It will also support the #Enough Movement to ensure that attention is drawn to this issue within the country.
We thank you for your support and look forward to sharing the film with you later this year.
